There are still 6 months to go for the 20Km of Paris. To prepare this race well, you have the possibility to attend 15 training sessions for free, offered by Diadora and Bio C’ Bon.
The training sessions will start from Saturday 27th of May and they will be given ever Saturday by Running Coach and French champion Benoit Cesar.

Advise of the coach: Before attending the training session, have a good breakfast 2 hours before the training. Bring a small bottle of water and a cereal bar for during the training and a clean shirt to wear after the sessions.
