Adidas launched their new collection of running shoes in collaboration with Parley.
The new collection running shoes inspired by the colors of the ocean, entails the following models: UltraBoost, UltraBoost X and UltraBoost Uncaged. The most interesting part of these running shoes is that Adidas took marine plastic waste and transformed it into a fiber to enhance the performance of the shoes. This amazing collaboration with Parley shows that we can have great products and protecting the ocean at the same time.
Each pair of UltraBOOST Parley, Parley UltraBOOST X and UltraBOOST Uncaged Parley shoes can recycle the equivalent of 11 plastic bottles. The laces, heel reinforcement, heel lining and insole are all made of recycled PET.
Hopefully this trend will continue so we will have a more healthy environment with still the accessories in life we like to have.
